Hannah did an awesome job listening to us and our needs and was very helpful in negotiations with buyers agents. She was very responsive when we had any concerns! Bonus is that a lot more money went into our pocket because of the flat listing fee of $2,500!

I definitely felt like we were well taken care of Hannah didn’t miss a beat on any paperwork and was very on top of all details and without delays. Every phone call or text was answered promptly which was very appreciated. She fully met our expectations and then some. The savings on commission was such a relief and yet we still got full service.
